First of all I want confirmation on Luca and Violet. After everything I have read about these two, I am expecting a novel or even a novella about them. They have to be together. I would also like a novella about Lucy and Harris after everything that happened in this book. This novella was the perfect epilogue to Lana and Drake. I wouldn't mind if the author planned to release more of these.
It has been so long since I read Lana and Drake's book that I had forgotten their story, which meant that when Drake mentioned that he didn't remember anything from that fateful night I was worried he had cheated. You have no idea who relieved I was when I found out that wasn't the case.
Even though the story is supposed to be just about Lana and Drake the author manages to fit in a couple subplots that in my opinion took the spotlight away from the couple. I am not saying that the book wasn't enjoyable, but I would have liked to see Lana and Drake alone or spending more time with their family. The end was very sweet and I loved it. The novella is a perfect treat for the fans of the series and a short sweet read.
