About CHASING CHRISTMAS EVE:

Meet cute...

Run for the hills—temporarily. That’s Colbie Albright’s plan when she flees New York for San Francisco. Wrangling her crazy family by day and writing a bestselling YA fantasy series by night has taken its toll. In short, Colbie’s so over it that she’s under it. She’s also under the waters of a historic San Francisco fountain within an hour of arrival. Fortunately, the guy who fishes Colbie out has her looking forward to Christmas among strangers. But she’s pretty sure Spencer Baldwin won’t be a stranger for long.

Make merry...

Spence’s commitment to hiding from the Ghosts of Relationships Past means he doesn’t have to worry about the powerful—okay, crazy hot—chemistry he’s got with Colbie. Just because she can laugh at anything, especially herself... just because she’s gorgeous and a great listener…just because she “gets” Spencer immediately doesn’t mean he won’t be able to let Colbie go. Does it?

…and hope for a miracle.

Now the clock’s ticking for Colbie and Spence: Two weeks to cut loose. Two weeks to fall hard. Two weeks to figure out how to make this Christmas last a lifetime

Review:

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

In the end of the third book I said, "I have a feeling Spencer's book will be even better" and I am very glad to be able to say that I was correct. I loved this book. Turns out Colbie is the best heroine for Spencer. I was worried about their match in the previous book, but once I started Chasing Christmas Eve I released that Colbie and Spencer were a great couple. They were awesome characters too. I really liked Colbie. Usually, I am not a fan of the heroines in a book, but Colbie filled the good heroine shoes and she is my favorite person of the pair. She developed as a character and I was very happy with her actions in the end of the book. Spencer was also a good hero, but I didn't like him as much as I liked his other half. I think he lacked some development.

I am wondering what happened to Eddie? Was Spencer able to convince him to move into the apartment he had prepared for him? Will Eddie stay on the streets? Is there some kind of redemption for him? Also, I am wondering what happened to the book Colbie wrote while she was with Luke? Did it become a best seller? Did the readers love it? I am dying to know the answers to these questions.

I loved the book. The flow and the pace were great and I didn't want to put the book down. I loved it and I am giving it a nomination for my top books of 2017. I kept reading and reading until I reached the end and then I wanted more. Great book and a definite recommendation.
